Who handles your information
RIGHT BRAIN CONSULTANCY is a one-person consultancy in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. The consultancy is legally owned by Ajay Kumar Singh (Proprietor). Ajay Singh Yogi is the professional/display name used for consultancy presentation. The sole consultant controls access to information submitted through the RIGHT BRAIN CONSULTATION SYSTEM.
What we collect and why
We collect the details you choose to provide in the pre-consultation form, including identity/contact details, birth details, concerns and personal context. We use them only to prepare for, conduct, document and follow up an in-person consultation; maintain consultation records; protect the system; and meet lawful obligations.
Access and sharing
Internal consultation records, private notes and internal AI opinions are restricted to the authorised consultant. A verified client account can access only its own authorized case status, payment information and report revisions explicitly released by the consultant. We do not sell consultation records or send consultation answers to advertising providers. Public-page advertising measurement is described separately below. Information may be processed by essential hosting/storage providers acting for the consultancy, or disclosed when lawfully required. The required intake declaration explicitly requests permission for OpenAI processing. When you accept it, the system automatically schedules an independent OpenAI draft observation after your submission is saved and the required General Consultation payment has been verified, and again when substantive consultation information changes. The authorised consultant reviews, edits, accepts or rejects these private drafts. Dedicated name, contact, birth and ID fields are excluded, but free text may still include personal or sensitive information. If you do not wish to authorise AI processing, contact the consultant directly for manual consultation. Existing records without AI permission are not opted in automatically. Ordinary profile edits do not trigger another analysis. AI output is reviewed and edited by the consultant and is not automatically included in final advice or reports. You may decline AI assistance, withdraw permission for future processing and request manual review. A request already dispatched may have reached OpenAI. The application disables stored API responses; OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring under its applicable data controls.
Confidentiality and retention
The consultancy’s approved three-year confidentiality commitment is not an automatic deletion rule. Confidentiality protections do not end merely because three years have elapsed. Consultation, account, payment, consent and audit records are retained only as reasonably needed for their stated purposes, continuing consultation, security, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed individually under applicable requirements; this website does not run an automatic three-year deletion schedule. Historical reports and consultant decisions are preserved rather than silently overwritten.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct your contact and submitted information, withdraw consent for future optional use, or request deletion where retention is no longer reasonably or legally required. Historical versions are not silently edited. Correction, restriction and deletion requests are assessed with applicable legal requirements and the status of any previously issued copies. Payments
When you choose online payment, Razorpay processes the payment and collects the payment details you enter in its checkout. We store order/payment references, the selected service, amount, status, refund references and timestamps. We do not send consultation answers, birth details, AI opinions or consultant notes to Razorpay, and do not store card or bank credentials. General Consultation is publicly accessible without Client Login. The other services and their payment options require authenticated client access, consultant approval and acceptance of the applicable published service terms. Logging in does not collect payment or grant eligibility. For the four services above General Consultation: In-Person Presence Required. Existing clients may continue the General Consultation payment flow without duplicate registration. Case ID/mobile verification is payment-only and does not grant Client Portal access; portal setup and recovery require verified email and separate credentials. Existing paid clients are not required to pay again merely to establish verified access. Payment references may need to be retained for accounting and legal obligations.
Client accounts and email
Client setup and recovery use single-use, expiring links delivered to a verified email channel. We store password hashes and hashed session/verification tokens rather than plaintext account passwords. Security emails use the configured mail provider and do not contain consultation answers, private opinions or bank/card credentials. Do not share a setup/reset link or password. Account ownership and guardian authority must be verified; matching a name, Case ID or mobile alone does not authorize report access.
Public-page measurement
The existing Meta Pixel measures approved public-page visits and a Lead event after a successful new registration form save. A Lead does not mean a payment has succeeded. The application does not send client names, contact fields, consultation answers, birth details or private case URLs in these events. Meta may process browser, device and network information under its own policies. Client Portal, payment and consultant pages are excluded from this public measurement.
Security and incidents
We use access control, server-side validation, encrypted web transport when deployed, case references and server-side ownership checks, private storage and audit logging. No internet system is risk-free. If a material data incident affects you, the consultancy will take containment steps and provide notice where required.
Children and emergencies
A parent or lawful guardian must submit on behalf of an applicant under 18 and authorise processing. Birth dates are not rejected simply because the applicant is a minor. Do not use this form for an emergency or immediate risk of harm.
Terms, refunds and requests
General Consultation is ₹876 — Non-Refundable for ordinary customer-initiated cancellation, subject to applicable law. Duplicate payments, failed service delivery and statutory refunds are reviewed separately. Additional-service cancellation/refund terms are presented before approved payment; contact the consultancy for privacy concerns or grievances using the contact details above. No refund percentage or processing-charge deduction is assumed.

This policy may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version presented with the form.
