General Consultation

₹876 — Non-Refundable, subject to applicable law. General Consultation is the primary entry service. Client Login is not required to submit the existing form or pay this fee.

Your form information is saved before payment. A Case ID and consultation processing are activated only after successful server-verified payment. An unpaid, failed or cancelled payment does not activate consultation processing. Do not register or pay again merely because confirmation is delayed; check payment status or contact the consultant.

Consultation arrangements

Contact the consultant for consultation and appointment arrangements. Payment does not itself confirm an appointment. No outcome, cure, delivery date or benefit is guaranteed by these terms. Client reports are accessible in the portal only when the consultant explicitly releases a finalized version.

Client Portal and additional services

Keep your verified-email account and password private. You may access only your own authorized records and explicitly released reports. Additional services are available only inside the authenticated portal and require consultant approval. Their applicable terms must be published, presented and accepted before payment. Logging in does not authorize a service or collect a fee.

Cancellation and refunds

Ordinary customer-initiated cancellation/refund is not available for General Consultation. Duplicate payments, failed service delivery and legally required refunds are reviewed separately. Additional-service cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment; eligibility and exceptions follow the applicable published service policy and law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights.

Responsible use and privacy

Provide information truthfully and do not access another person’s account. Consultancy is not a substitute for qualified medical or other licensed professional care when required. The Privacy Policy explains data collection, internal AI assistance, confidentiality and privacy requests.
